  • For the commercial division of a global pharma company – Piloted and implemented an on-demand virtual resource to accelerate colleague productivity.  Saves time from typical support work and protracted analytic projects by sending routine work such as the creation of PowerPoint presentations or secondary research projects to a contracted partner in India and Mexico.  Colleagues work better and faster while saving costs normally used on higher priced consultants and contractors.  Ultimate cost savings are $150 million annually.
  • For a $1 Billion international manufactured housing company, developed strategic alternatives to support an ambitious growth agenda.  Combined primary and secondary market research to lead senior management through the decision making process.
  • For Pfizer’s Warner Lambert (2000) and Pharmacia (2003) integrations, supported significant parts of the organization (Information Technology, Human Resources, Corporate Affairs and Global Medical) to restructure, achieve synergy targets and retain critical talent and best practices.
  • Led a comprehensive organizational assessment for the commercial division of a global pharmaceutical company.  In conjunction with the Strategic Planning organization, engaged in a far-reaching examination of scenarios for the pharmaceuticals industry and for the future of the company. Developed complementary strategic and organizational agendas that set the stage for several multi-year efforts critical to shaping the company’s future.
